Intervention – Male/Female Co-facilitated interventions provided by certified professional counselors and Board registered intervenionists. Consultation, education, preparation, training, admission arrangements and assistance with conducting a professional intervention.

Intervention is a Process rather than an event in which concerned others collectively gather to discuss an individuals dysfunction related to addictions, mental health issues and codependency in order to initiate effective change and healing for all parties.

Spirit & Associates Intervention Service provides the following:

• Male/Female Co-facilitated intervention provided by Board Registered Interventionists and professionally trained and certified counselors

• Assistance with structuring an appropriate intervention approach and team

• Assessment and identification of the most appropriate course of treatment for the individual’s needs inclusive of family concerns, insurance/financial realities and admission arrangements

• Complete training and consultation with all intervention participants until such time as all parties are ready to participate

• Interfacing and Consultation to assist families and client with effectively working with legal authorities and employers

• Consultation and coaching with regards to effective boundary development, delivery and follow-through

• Schedule and Conduct Intervention: Two Interventionists will lead/conduct the intervention while assisting participants with communicating appropriately and effectively

• Post Intervention consultation for debrief and processing
